Harvard Business Publishing is taking a big step forward to further its success in engineering by launching a permanent, cross functional team called The Shared Platform team. The Shared Platform team is an agile, cross-functional engineering team whose mission is to modernize and consolidate applications and accelerate product development in a culture where engineers love to work.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Software Architecture to lead the software architecture practice within the software engineering unit.
This person will serve as a member of our Architectural leadership team with oversight of all software architecture. They will set the strategic direction and define the principles that shape our software development and technology adoption practices here at HBP. As a leader in the Software engineering organization this person will be responsible for building a culture that inspires technical experimentation and empowers our development teams to make sound technical and architectural decisions.
