The Senior Learning Solutions Manager (SLSM) is a member of the Corporate Learning division of Harvard Business School Publishing and reports to the Associate Director of Learning Solutions. The SLSM will partner with senior Relationship Managers to drive new client acquisition and deepen existing relationships. They will embed themselves as a trusted advisor in targeted accounts to extend the reach of current solutions and partner with Sales and Delivery to ensure the successful implementation of sold solutions. They will play a key role in defining and proposing solutions to qualified prospects. The SLSM brings advanced knowledge and experience in creating and deploying impactful global leadership development initiatives. They will have meaningful business and leadership development conversations with leaders at all levels and within different functions. They are viewed by clients and internal stakeholders as thought leaders in leadership development and learning, and are sought after for advice and perspective on emerging trends as well as tested strategies for effective learning.
